Dr. Leilah Siegel from the University Illinois Extension Office is back to present on the history of soul food in the United States.  Learn how traditional elements of the African American diet can be built upon to improve health and strategies to cook traditional dishes in healthier ways.  Limit 50.  Ages 18+.
