**RESCHEDULED FROM WEDNESDAY, 2/12**

Learn how to build skills to take on difficult life situations.  Each 60-minute session will include an introduction to a specific aspect of resiliency as well as time to practice exercises to build that skill.  We will explore four strengths of resiliency: mindfulness, confidence, motivation, and courage. Limit 50.  Ages 18+.
