Event Details
Qigong involves a series of slow-flowing movements and deep measured breathing performed in a chair or standing. The workshop will end with soothing sounds from crystal singing bowls, chimes, handheld gongs, and more. This is a beginner-friendly workshop hosted by certified instructor Gail Morales. Limit 40. Ages 18 and up.
Non-residents may register for programs one week after registration opens to GHPLD cardholders.
