Program Description

Event Details

Research has shown that following a plant-based diet may lead to lower risk of chronic disease and increased longevity.  Learn the basic components of a healthy plant-based diet as well as what to avoid and tips for success. Limit 50. Ages 18+. 

Non-residents may register for programs starting on Monday, 6/30, at 10 am.
