Celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month with a fun, festive picture frame! Inspired by the iconic piñata, use colorful tissue paper and cardboard to create and decorate a funky picture frame.
Non-residents may register for programs one week after registration opens to GHPLD cardholders.
