Journaling helps manage stress, anxiety, and is a much-needed outlet to process our emotions. Write away the stress of the holidays and the new year while journaling and listening to a sound healing session by instructor Gail Morales. Journals and prompts will be provided. Limit 30. Ages 18+.
Non-residents may register for programs starting on Monday, 10/27, at 10 am.
