The Mediterranean Diet has been shown to decrease rates of diabetes, and cardiovascular disease, and help achieve and maintain a healthy weight. Public health educator Dr. Leilah Siegel will teach participants about the components of the Mediterranean Diet and how they can adapt it to their everyday lives. Limit 40. Ages 18+.
Non-residents may register for programs one week after registration opens to GHPLD cardholders.
