Event Details

Science has shown that diet plays a large role in mental health and mood regulation.  Dr. Leilah Siegel of the University Extension Office will discuss which foods to eat and avoid for better mental health and wellness.  Learn which foods promote overall brain health and memory.  Limit 50.  Ages 18 and up. 

Non-residents may register for programs one week after registration opens to GHPLD cardholders.
